The people who voted for Trump didn’t have a clue, didn’t care, bought into his racist divide and conqure campaigns, get their news from people who think like them, surf social media sites instead of non-fake news broadcasts, want to be told what to do instead of thinking for themselves, and are more concerned about Trump and Epstein’s friendship than they are about losing Medicaid/health care, food stamps, higher food prices, jobs loss, housing, and a last but not least living under a dictatorship/fascist regime with billionaires imposing their absolute power in governmental and private enclaves.

Trump Puppets
Are you part of the solution or part of the problem?
The easiest thing protesters across the United States can do during the COVID-19 Pandemic is stay home. If you have time to protest then you must not be one of the front line workers who are nursing those afflicted back from the brink of death, who will eventually have some form of PTSD as they watch patients die, who check us out at various stores, who patrol streets and come in contact with offenders who may be asymptomatic, who work from home to answer calls from consumers, etc.
Blocking entrances to hospitals puts the lives of those needing entry at risk.
Protesting without masks puts your fellow protesters at risk and not staying six feet apart is also part of the problem.
Not caring if you maybe asymptomatic can infect your family, friends, front line workers, and fellow protesters; who can all keep the virus spreading through communities.
What about the kids and the long vacation from school; why aren’t you protesters home schooling, reading to your kids and/ or grand children?
You could also educate yourselves while you have time away from work (research all federal and state assistance programs Congress got Trump to sign off on).
Look at poll data: The majority of Americans think it’s too soon to return to work. Why? Because they’re afraid of becoming infected by a virus that doesn’t care about red and blue, race, age, education, or social economics.
Even some employers think it’s too soon to reopen. What will you do then…protest against your employers?
Please stop being controlled by puppet masters and listen to those trained to guide us through the most profound global crisis we have ever encountered.
Globalistically
I’m living in the moment, yet thinking into the future.
My little patch on Mother Earth disappears as the troubles of the global world close in.
To live is to be true to you. To be true to you; you must keep moving forward no matter what the world says about or to you. No one knows you like you know you. The world is fickle…here… there…everywhere…straddling fences…looking after its own vested interests.
To be true to you, you must stand for something and stand up for yourself or lose all self-esteem.
Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing, keeping us groggy, doped, and entertained, while the enemies of the just; murder, assault, defraud, misinform, delude with fake news, and beguilement.
We go merrily along as the world gets smaller and smaller.
America Is Not and Has Never Been Beautiful
As an American citizen whose family came over to the colonies on a slave ship; I avow America is not and in my opinion never has been beautiful.
The United States of America, the red white and blue, the stars and stripes, and The Constitution is under attack and has been for a while. The special interest, money in politics, lowing of standards morally and educationally have eaten away the fabric of what we hoped America could be, not what it is. We have reentered a dark period fueled by racial hatred, economic unrest, and avarice.
Observations of American life today are so full of strife from those who blame their situations on people who struggle to keep a roof over their heads and food in the bellies of their babies.
No, your situation is not about “the other”. It is about you taking your privilege (whatever that may be) for granted. If I’d sat on my rump and refused to explore new technologies, focused on my discipline instead of using what I’d learned from “Computers for Dummies” and other how to books to accomplished my goals so that I could keep moving forward; I would not be typing this paper and calling attention to the puss oozing from the face of America…because I would be part of the problem.
Yes, the under/un-educated all contributed to the puss oozing from the face of America. She gets uglier each year. This mess: Americans hooked on drugs and calling it a disease instead of taking responsibility for a lousy choice is ludicrous (Americans consume more than half the illegal and legal drugs on the planet), drinking alcohol to excess and getting a slap on the wrist when the drunk driver kills a driver driving responsibly, sex (human trafficking) and sexual acts proliferated across all media, gambling, killing (families, children, women for sport), parents not parenting, kids bringing what goes on at home to school and disrupting over-crowded classrooms, and all other crimes and misdemeanors. So how can America be beautiful? This so called beauty is false and always has been. It’s just another lie Americans use to avoid dealing with reality.
America has become a place where certain people are enabled to behave badly: a plantation system called the criminal justice system, substance abuse/drug addiction/junkies now need help instead of prison sentences even when endangering children, profiling certain people while others (Timothy McVeigh, white supremacy groups, mafia (those made in American and imported from Europe and Asia), Wall Street crooks) get away with destroying lives and terrorizing.
I am sick and tired of the inconsistencies. For example: Illegal immigrants are all those in the country illegally…so what if Mexicans are part of this group. Deport the Russians, the Canadians, the French, the British, the Italians, the Polish, the Israelis, and the Cubans….STOP making an example of one segment of the population (I don’t see or hear of any white or black men doing the jobs Mexicans do for the pay Mexicans get)! And, I don’t hear any politicians calling for the deportation of illegal whites.
America will become beautiful when the majority embraces the contributions all races, creeds, and colors have made to every facet of American life. Those who don’t like what America is supposed to stand for should go back to the countries of their ancestors. After all, if this country belongs to any one group; it would be Native Americans!

It seems like there are a lot of nincompoops leading countries these days.
People are more opinionated and less educated. The latest cell phone gets more attention than their children. Self-absorption and managing their children through text messages seems to be a new parenting technique.
No wonder we get the so called leaders who sneak in when few are paying attention.
Wake up people. Are you registered to vote? Make an informed, researched, and relevant decision.
Ignorance
As a substitute teacher; kids tell me they don’t like to read. My response is to encourage them to read about something they like. Because their brains are not fully developed; they really don’t know what’s best for them, which is why education is an important resource, and reading in my opinion comes before mathematics.
People who are ignorant don’t know how ignorant they are until they read as much as possible.
Only then will they seek more insight into what they have read.

Another trump Disconnect!
Trump wanting more mental health facilities to combat gun violence shows just how out of touch he is with life, liberty and the pursuit of going about your daily business and not getting gunned down at the mall.
His mouth is the reason we’re experiencing more violence at home than abroad.
He talks loud and says absolutely nothing. He gives lip service to supporters who are just as affected by violence, who are not wealthy, who may not have health insurance, and who could catch one of those stray bullets some of his constituents spray crowds of children with.
What he isn’t saying is being felt by those who had coverage under The Affordable Care Act (ACA) before his administration started gutting it.
Are these mental health facilities he rants about supposed to run on air? They are not non-profit. Therefore; people need a lot of money or health insurance to get the care they need. The ACA was passed to help people in need of health care.
Trump, if you’re serious about helping people with mental health issues STOP GUTTING OBAMA CARE! You gave the one percenters a tax cut as you continue to dismantle affordable comprehensive health care and spout some sort of good to go plan (as long as you stay mentally and physically healthy we got you covered). After that you’re on your own.

Part IV of IV – Trapped Between Two Time Zones
When is the alarm clock going to go off to wake me! Times sure have changed.
Yes Lord, I do think Casanova is dead and buried somewhere with Jimmy Hoffa, never to be found or reincarnated.
One part of me wants dating to be like it was a long time ago. I don’t mean sitting on the porch and holding hands and shyly grinning at each other, but winning the respect of the other person and getting to know that someone and establishing a relationship with them. A relationship built on something solid and fundamental (like family values) and less superficial and superfluous. To me, relationships should be like how the pyramids were built….from the ground up, with the ground being wider, stronger; with more work put into it to reach the top. These days, people tend to start from the top, but they tend not to stick around after the physicality of love is spent and the hard part (mental nourishment) begins to unfold. All things without foundations surely crumble.
The old fashioned, traditional part of me wants to be submissive but only if he knows in which direction he’s headed. Being old fashioned and being independent is so difficult for someone who is indeed trapped in-between two time zones. The independent part of me is necessary for survival, and the old fashioned part of me is just the way I am and sometimes the two just don’t mix. What am I to do, here in the twilight zone?
I don’t complain. I just try to make sure that I’m doing the right thing. I think not of what one would do today; but I think of what was right yesterday, today, and tomorrow. No muss, no bother, just plain and simple values.
There is so much to be learned from the older women and the older men of yesteryear. I think we miss a blessing when we let so much of the world about us incorporate us into the miss matches that are awaiting us. Following ones first mind is not a bad idea when you really think about it, if your mind flashes a caution light. Just think about it and get off on how wonderful it can be to hold back just a little bit. Hold back at least until you know yourself well enough to determine what time it is.
Trapped and being squeezed to conform, but holding fast to what I know is right.

Critical Thinking Matters
It’s amazing to me how sheepish people can be as they are led to slaughter.
A number of Christian individuals have said they are conflicted; do they vote their conscious or vote for their Party?
I find their thinking process disturbing. What is Christian about the hateful, thoughtless, poisonous rhetoric spewing from Trump’s mouth?
The Evangelical Christian Right is backing Trump, the Republican nominee. I’m an Independent Christian but if Trump were running under the banner of Independent; I would run as fast as my feet and legs could carry me to someone with the best interest of the country in mind rather than a divisive nominee who has put his foot in his mouth so many times he likes the taste of it!
